We primarily convert Low Density Expanded Polyethylenes in various densities e.g. LD45, LD33, LD29 and LD18. The tradename for the raw material is Plastazote and is the favoured material for all military applications.

Our "in house" production facilities include 3 off CNC routers capable of routing upto 10 items at a time. We also have a variety of Travelhead and Clicker Presses for all the Die Cut inserts. Our Fabrication department consists of numerous Bandsaws and Welding equipment. All told, Jit-Pak have the production capabilities for any size job from a 1 off to 1000's off.

CNC routed inserts give that extra protection that standard soft "pick n pluck" foam sometimes can not. If your equipment is of high value or particularly fragile or heavy, then CNC routed foam inserts meet your needs. Jit-Pak can either design the best layout for you or we would be happy to receive your drawings electronically or hard copy.
